Where appropriate, Michael accepts direct briefs from in-house counsel and insolvency practitioners, including to advise on discrete legal and regulatory issues.

BACKGROUND

Michael was admitted to practice in 2009. 

Before coming to the bar in 2020, Michael was a Senior Associate in the litigation practice of a global firm. In that role he acted extensively for banks, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners, and has experience in a variety of complex disputes.
