BACKGROUND

Jennifer was called to the Bar in 2017.  Prior to her call, she was a partner of global and national law firms.  Having practised as a lawyer for over 25 years, she brings to her role as a barrister the benefit of many years of legal, commercial and business experience.

Jennifer regularly appears in superior courts including the NSW Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia  She has appeared in numerous Federal and State courts and tribunals, including the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, NSW Court of Appeal, NSW Supreme Court, NSW Land and Environment Court, NSW District Court, NSW Local Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
